4. NO REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)

Due to the digital nature of this Program and immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

No guarantees are made regarding:

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Care Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Program.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Best Care Wellness from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

11. PAYMENT & CHARGEBACKS
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after purchase.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate termination of access Collection actions Reporting to payment processors
12. TERMINATION
Best Care Wellness reserves the right to terminate access without refund if you:
Violate these Terms Engage in disruptive or abusive behavior Share or misuse Program content
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
